Der Tag der Astronomie 2015 an der Sternwarte Aachen

Eindrücke vom Tag der Astronomie am 21. März 2015 an der Sternwarte in Aachen. Nach der Sonnenfinsternis am Vortag, welche, zumindest direkt an der Sternwarte, schon im Nebel verschwand, konnte auch am Tag der Astronomie lediglich Nebel, Wolken und ein Regenbogen an der Sternwarte beobachtet werden. Wetterunabhängig waren natürlich die Experimente zu Raketenstarts sowie zur Entstehung von Einschlagskratern. Für Kinder gab es die Möglichkeit zu Malen und kleine Modelle und Sonnenuhren aus Papier zu basteln.

A couple of impression of the Astronomy day on 21. March 2015 at the Sternwarte Aachen. Due to the bad weather, which hindered the observation of the Solar eclipse one day before as well, the only visible things in the sky were clouds, fog and a rainbow. Weather independend, it was again possible to watch experiments explaining the principle of a roket launch and the formation of an impact crater. For the kids there was a chance to build paper models and paper sundials.
